You can order directly through our page and follow the instructions, or contact us on Instagram. You tell us the model, colourway and size you want. We confirm the price and availability. You pay a €20 deposit to secure the reservation. We place the order, and when it arrives, you pay the remaining balance.

We rarely keep products in stock. Most pairs are ordered specifically for you after the deposit is paid. The €20 deposit confirms your reservation before we commit to sourcing and ordering the product.

Yes. The €20 is part of the total, not an extra charge. If the shoe costs €180, you pay €20 now and €160 later.

We refund your €20 in full, immediately. You are never out of pocket for something we could not deliver.

We would prefer that you only place an order when you are sure you want the product. If you decide to cancel after paying the deposit, the €20 deposit will not be refunded.

Ask us before you order. Tell us your usual size and which models you have played in, and we will help you understand how the pair you are looking at fits. Sizing can vary a lot between models, and it is one of the most common things people get wrong. There are also several good basketball shoe reviewers on YouTube who cover sizing, fit and performance in detail. If you want, we can recommend a few trusted channels and specific reviews for the model you are considering.

The €20 deposit is paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance is paid in cash when your order is delivered. If a bank transfer is not possible for you, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an alternative payment method.

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from the day the deposit clears. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

A green dot in the corner of a size means that specific size is currently in stock. When you select it, you will also see an “Available immediately” label below the size options. Sizes without these indicators are available to order and follow our usual delivery time.

Delivery within Skopje is free, and we will arrange a convenient meetup location with you. At the moment, we do not yet have a shipping option in place for other cities in North Macedonia.

Yes. You can return the shoes within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, including your €20 deposit and the remaining payment, provided they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

If you need a different size, we will first check whether it is available. A size exchange may not always be possible if the requested size is unavailable at that time. If an exchange is not possible, you can return the shoes within the 14-day return period and receive a full refund.

If we arrange a size exchange, the replacement pair will follow the full 2–4 week delivery period again.

Yes. We source only from authorised retailers and verified suppliers. Every pair is new, unworn and comes in its original box. We do not sell used pairs or replicas.

From authorised retailers and established suppliers we have worked with and trust. If a pair is only available from a source we are not confident in, we will not take the order.

We focus on rare, high-end basketball sneakers and performance gear. Some pairs are made to be played in, some are worth adding to a collection, and some work just as well off the court. Whether you want to ball in them, collect them or wear them casually is up to you.
